薛健副教授，西安邮电大学

薛健，博士，西安邮电大学副教授，硕士生导师。长期围绕“复杂环境雷达目标预警探测”、“雷达目标跟踪分类识别”、“深度学习理论及应用”等领域开展相关研究工作。入选陕西省科协“青年人才托举计划”，荣获陕西省高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果一等奖，担任《电讯技术》青年编委和《海军航空大学学报》青年编委。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和陕西省教育厅科研计划项目，以主研人员身份参与多个纵向和横向课题研究。在IEEE Trans. Industr. Inform.、IEEE Trans. Geosci. Remote Sens.、Signal Processing等期刊和会议上发表学术论文20余篇，授权专利6项和软著1项，申请受理专利3项。曾担任2023 ICSPS组织主席、2023 IET国际雷达会议Session主席、2025 IFSP组织主席。担任IEEE Trans. Industr. Inform.、IEEE Transactions on Radar Systems、Signal Processing和电子与信息学报等期刊审稿人。

Jian Xue received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees, both in electronic engineering, from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2015 and 2020, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Communications and Information Engineering & School of Artificial Intelligence, Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests include radar clutter suppression, radar target detection, and intelligent radar signal processing.
