李宝全教授，天津工业大学

Baoquan Li is Professor of School of Control Science and Engineering in Tiangong University, with Tianjin Key Laboratory of Autonomous Intelligence Technology and Systems. His research focuses on mobile robots, unmanned aerial vehicle, computer vision, nonlinear control. He was awarded the 2nd Level Candidate for Innovative Talent Project Award of Tianjin City, and Young Innovative Talent Award within Universities of Tianjin City. He received his B.Eng. degree and Ph.D. degree from Nankai University in 2010 and 2015, respectively, and was a joint Ph.D. student with Nanyang Technological University awarded by China Scholarship Council. He has published papers in journals of TCYB、TIE、TMECH、TCST, and he is section chair and program committee member for some conferences such as RCAR, CYBER, ICCA, ICVS, and ICONIP.

李宝全，天津工业大学控制科学与工程学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究方向为移动机器人、计算机视觉、非线性控制、无人机。天津市131创新型人才培养工程第二层次人选，天津市高校中青年骨干创新人才。2010和2015年分别获得南开大学学士和博士学位，曾于2013至2014年在新加坡南洋理工大学公派留学联合培养。在TCYB、TIE、TMECH、TCST等期刊上发表多篇论文。多次担任RCAR、CYBER、ICCA、ICVS、ICONIP等会议的程序委员会委员。
