秦明伟副教授,西南科技大学,中国


秦明伟,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2003年留校工作至今,2009年硕士毕业于西南科技大学通信与信息系统专业,2015年博士毕业于电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业。作为智能通信与高速信号处理团队负责人、通信专业负责人,主要研究方向包括软件无线电与认知通信、高速信号实时处理、空间射电信号监测与分析、智能算法硬件加速与自适应计算等。主持及参与国家重大仪器专项、自然基金、国防基础科研以及企事业委托科研项目30余项;发表论文50余篇,获省部级科技进步二等奖1项(排名第3),申请获授权发明专利6项,软件著作权3项。研制的通用高速信号处理平台已应用于信道编译码算法性能评估、宽带数传、北斗导航芯片开发评估模拟、天文射电信号观测、视觉测量等领域。


Dr. Mingwei Qin is an associate professor and postgraduate supervisor. He received his B.S degree and M.S. degree in communications Southwest University of Science and Technology in 2003 and 2009, received the Ph.D. degree in communications and information system from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu in 2015. Since 2003, he joined the Southwest University of Science and Technology, as the leader of ICSP team and undergraduate of communication engineering, His research interest includes SDR and Cognitive Communication, High-speed Real-time Signal Processing, Hardware Acceleration, Monitoring of space radio signals and so on. He has published more than 50 papers, and finished more than 30 projects. Some of the projects were funded by NSFC. He won the second prize of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (third) in 2020, has applied for and obtained 6 authorized invention patents and 3 software copyrights. The general high-speed signal processing platform he developed has been applied to the performance evaluation of channel codec algorithms, broadband data transmission, Beidou navigation chip development and evaluation simulation, astronomical radio signal observation, visual measurement and so on.
