李士心教授，天津职业技术师范大学

2003年毕业于天津大学自动化学院，获博士学位。2003年入职中国科学院电子学研究所从事博士后研究工作。2005年入职中船重工集团第707研究所。2012年入职天津职业技术师范大学。

主持和参加国家级、省部级项目7项,获天津市科技进步二等奖1次，共发表论文和国防科技报告60余篇，2014年获“天津市用三年时间引进千名以上高层次人才”称号，曾多次指导本科生和研究生获得全国学科竞赛奖项。

In 2003, graduated from the School of Automation of Tianjin University with a doctorate. In 2003, joined the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences for postdoctoral research. In 2005, he joined the 707th Research Institute of CSIC.
