卢官明教授，南京邮电大学

Guanming Lu received the B.E. degree in Radio Engineering in 1985 and the M.S. degree in Communication and Electronic Systems in 1988, both from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China, and a Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information Systems from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 1999. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. As an academic leader in the field of signal and information processing, his current research interests include multimedia information processing, affective computing, machine learning, etc.

卢官明，1985年7月毕业于南京邮电学院无线电工程专业，获学士学位；1988年3月获南京邮电学院通信与电子系统专业硕士学位；1999年3月获上海交通大学通信与信息系统专业博士学位；南京邮电大学教授，博士生导师，信号与信息处理学科学术带头人，主要从事多媒体信息处理、情感计算、机器学习等领域的研究与教学工作。
