2000年6月毕业于南京航空航天大学自动控制专业，2010年6月获四川大学通信工程硕士学位。2000年至今在西南技术物理研究所从事研发工作，主要方向信号处理及数字电路技术的工程应用研究及产品开发，承担和主持多个型号、预研项目的研发并在项目中担任总师和副总师

Professor Liao graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a degree in Automatic Control in June 2000. Obtained a Master’s degree in Communication Engineering from Sichuan University in June 2010. Since 2000, has been engaged in research and development at the Southwest Institute of Technical Physics, with primary focus on engineering applications and product development in signal processing and digital circuit technology. Has undertaken and led multiple model and preliminary research projects as the Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer.
