张尧副教授，杭州电子科技大学

张尧，男，中共党员，IEEE会员，中国通信学会高级会员。2021年7月博士毕业于南京邮电大学通信与信息系统专业，长期从事于6G无线通信、大规模MIMO和资源优化等方面的研究。近5年，以一作身份发表IEEE TWC, IEEE TCOM, IEEE TVT, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE WCL, IEEE CL等SCI期刊论文25篇，以一作身份发表IEEE ICC，WCNC，PIMRC，VTC，ICCC等通信领域旗舰会议论文7篇，申请发明专利10项，授权7项。目前主持浙江省自然科学基金项目1项，作为指导老师立项浙江省教育厅一般项目，参与省部级项目4项。获2022年江苏省优秀博士论文1项，2019年IEEE ICCC最佳会议论文奖1项，参与编制《6G智慧技术与应用白皮书》1项。

Yao Zhang, male, IEEE member. He graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a PhD degree in July 2021, majoring in communication and information system, and has long been engaged in the research of 6G wireless communication, massive MIMO and resource optimization. In the past 5 years, as the first author, he has published 25 papers in SCI journals such as IEEE TWC, IEEE TCOM, IEEE TVT, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE WCL, IEEE CL etc. and 7 papers in flagship conferences of communication field such as IEEE ICC, WCNC, PIMRC, VTC, ICCC etc. He has also applied for 10 patents of invention and authorized 7 of them. Currently, he is presiding over one project of Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation, and participating in four provincial and ministerial level projects. He was awarded 1 outstanding doctoral thesis of Jiangsu Province in 2022, 1 best conference paper award of IEEE ICCC in 2019, and participated in the preparation of 1 White Paper on 6G Intelligent Technology and Application.
