黄辉祥副教授，厦门理工学院

厦门理工学院光电与通信工程学院副教授，微电子科学与工程系主任。2014年毕业于中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所，获工学博士学位；主要研究领域为高性能、高可靠SOI材料、器件及电路；在SOI材料制备及改性、半导体器件仿真建模、抗辐照SOI集成电路设计等方向有较为深入的研究；承担国家自然科学基金青年项目、福建省自然科学基金青年项目、厦门理工学院引进高层次人才项目等多项科研项目；2017年入选福建省高校“杰出青年”人才资助计划；已发表第一作者论文20余篇，申请发明专利4项。

Graduated from Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2014 with a Doctoral degree in Engineering; His primary research focuses on high-performance and highly reliable SOI materials, devices, and circuits; He has conducted in-depth research on SOI material preparation and modification, semiconductor device simulation and modeling, and radiation-resistant SOI integrated circuit design; He has undertaken numerous scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, Fujian Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, and Xiamen University of Technology's High-level Talent Introduction Program; Selected into Fujian Province's "Outstanding Youth" Talent Support Program in 2017; He has published over 20 papers as the primary author and applied for 4 invention patents.
