Liu bingguo, Male, born in 1975.Professor/Doctor. Work at the School of Instrument Science and Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology. As the in-charge person, undertaken more than 40 scientific research projects such as NSFC, Major national special project, Aviation Science Foundation etc. Published more than 30 academic papers and obtained more than 20 invention patents, Won Received second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and special prize of ministerial level technology invention award. Member of Visual Inspection Committee of CSIG and PES/CIS.
